Do you have a collection of videos you need to move into YuJa? Do you need dedicated time and 1-1 support from the instructional technology staff to help you to upload, organize, and manage your course media? Come to our virtual Video Production Lab for a hands-on working session focused on YuJa. This video production lab will provide dedicated time for you to bring your media and get direct, one-on-one assistance from our team.

In this lab, we will provide hands-on support for:

  • Migrating Your Media: Bring your video files on a flash drive or your computer. We'll walk you through the process.

  • Uploading Content: Get step-by-step guidance on uploading various media types directly to your YuJa library.

  • Bulk Organization: Learn best practices for organizing your media, creating folders, and using tags to find your content easily

  • Video Optimization: Get tips on recommended video formats and settings for the best quality and playback experience.

  • Publishing to Your Courses: Instructions on how to embed your newly uploaded media into your courses.

  • Accessibility: Ensure your videos are accessible with captions and transcripts.

  • Q&A: Our team will be available to answer your specific questions and troubleshoot any issues you encounter.

The session will be hosted by the Instructional Technology Team.
