We're thrilled to unveil the brand new help.umbc.edu page, designed to assist our campus community better than ever before. Over the past several months, our team within DoIT has been diligently crafting this self-service help center to address all your needs.

With input from various campus stakeholders, we've revamped the front-end help experience to provide a keyword-driven tool. The new help.umbc.edu is divided into three convenient Centers: "Academic & Student Services," "Administrative Services," and "Computing & Technology."

Our intelligent search features ensure you'll find what you're looking for. If you happen to be in the wrong center, you’ll see similar results from other centers and the top FAQs relevant to your search.
