Known Issue: Blackboard System Being Restarted 2/16

Over the weekend, DoIT has received reports from campus users of issues with the Blackboard system.  Most of these reports involved quizzes or other assessments not loading when students clicked on the available link in their Bb course.  DoIT staff have submitted a ticket with Blackboard, Inc. and will be restarting the entire Blackboard system on Saturday night to see if this will fix the issue. Blackboard will be unavailable while the system is being restarted. If you continue to experience issues with Blackboard we encourage you to submit an RT ticket to report the problem.
